UK Territory Sales Director

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our UK territory sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the UK territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including top accounts and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Travel throughout the UK to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales calls.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Fluency in English is required, with a second language being an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
