Job Title: UK Territory Sales Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our UK territory sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the UK territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including top accounts and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Travel throughout the UK to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales calls.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Fluency in English is required, with a second language being an advantage.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
