UK Territory Sales Director

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our UK Territory Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned geographic territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
- Travel regularly within the UK to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; a second language would be advantageous.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant sales and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Training and Development:
