Job Title: UK Territory Sales Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the UK territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including top accounts and distributors.
  • Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and training sessions to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Industry Sales Managers to coordinate sales goal efforts and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Make business decisions on pricing, product returns, and design issues.
  • Travel regularly throughout the UK to meet with customers, attend tradeshows, and support sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading a remote sales team in a similar market.
  • Native or fluent language ability in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
