Fife Young Carers SCIO seeks a Community Outreach Officer to lead our Befriending Service. The successful candidate will develop and deliver a high-quality service for young carers aged 0-25. Key responsibilities include recruiting and supporting volunteer befrienders, coordinating activities, and ensuring the service meets the needs of our young carer population.

We require a driven individual with experience of working with volunteers and excellent networking skills. A flexible approach to working and strong communication skills are essential. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £25,607 - £26,390 per annum (pro rata) and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young carers across Fife.
