The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams of staff providing support to designated groups of service users and staff, ensuring that all support plans are developed and reviewed in accordance with Health & Social Care standards and Company policy and procedures.

  • To effectively manage teams of support staff and ensure they adhere to personalised support plans.
  • To develop and review support plans for service users, ensuring alignment with Health & Social Care standards and Company policy.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a management position, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead and supervise teams, and a strong understanding of the personalised support planning approach.
