Resident Liaison Officer

Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 + benefits
Location: North West London / Hertfordshire
Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established main contractor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work on residential/social housing projects in North West London and Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Social Housing sector, providing customer care and support to residents. They will be site-based, able to work independently with managerial guidance, and possess a full valid UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to residents on any possible issues
- Work closely with the site manager to highlight concerns with site safety or welfare
- Support quality control, environmental, and H&S requirements
- Produce and deliver literature to residents
- Record and report complaints
- Provide continual support to residents during works
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual with experience in customer care
- Ability to work independently with managerial guidance
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Good understanding of construction processes and systems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency using office IT applications
- Punctual and good timekeeping
