Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Liaison Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Guest Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol public areas, including malls, service areas, and service desks, to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to guests, as needed, and respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment and to prevent incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide first aid and other medical assistance, as needed, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • SIA license (CCTV & Security Guarding)
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
  • Basic first aid training

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working 4 days on, 4 days off, with a 37.5 hour workweek. The shift pattern will include control room management and patrol duties.
