Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our team, providing specialist support to vulnerable individuals and their families.
About Our OrganisationDevon Partnership NHS Trust is a leading healthcare provider in the South West, delivering mental health, learning disability, and neurodiversity services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, plan, and deliver complex care packages to admission-vulnerable service users across Devon.
- Ensure proactive liaison with other partner agencies, families, and care providers at every stage of care.
We are looking for an experienced clinician with a strong background in mental health and learning disability nursing, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act knowledge, as well as advanced interpersonal, communication, formulation, and risk assessment skills.
Salary DetailsThis permanent position comes with a competitive salary range of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum.
