We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Investigo. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day IT Business as Usual (BAU) support services and supporting the Senior Support Technicians in improving the college IT support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second line support for all staff and students at the college.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and core business applications.
  • Assist users with logged IT-related incidents, working to resolve service requests within agreed SLA.
  • Script and deploy patches to Windows, Mac, and Android devices to ensure compliance targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with InTune and an understanding of ITIL. This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week and travel to the 3 sites, which are 20 minutes away from each other. The role offers great benefits, including 26 days annual leave, 10 days leave over Christmas closure, and the opportunity to learn and receive free formal training on qualifications such as ITIL.

This is a permanent role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and career with Investigo.
