Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking an analytical and problem-solving-focused individual to join our team as a Strategic Operations Process Optimizer. This role will be based in our office 2-3 days a week, providing the unique opportunity to work closely with our COO to drive process improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize the potential of our Zendesk platform, including opportunities for the use of Generative AI/LLMs.
  • Work with simple APIs, developing solutions that enhance productivity and reduce manual work for the team.
Requirements
  • Experience developing in JavaScript or Python, with a good understanding of the cross-functionality of business units.
  • Analytical thinking, capable of harnessing quantitative and qualitative data to design and implement solutions to unstructured problems.
  • Able to identify areas for operational transformation and create new business solutions.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with AI/LLM tools within process automation, configuration/customisation of Helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, and other productivity tools like CRMs (HubSpot) and Project Management (Asana and Jira).
  • Information security and adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
