Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Healthy Careers. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support for young people within a residential care setting.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and team-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people in their daily lives. You will be provided with full training and a funded NVQ Level 4 qualification in children and young people, which you will complete while learning on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children and young people in their daily lives, including their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Building positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
  • Communicating effectively and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Participating in relevant training and professional development opportunities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum, inclusive of sleep-in premiums.

Working Hours:

  • Long days and sleep ins (£50 per sleep in - up to 2 sleep ins per week).
  • 2 out of 4 weekends off.
