We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. Job Profile

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to young people in a residential care setting. This includes building positive relationships, communicating effectively, and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily lives of children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Build positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a supportive and nurturing environment, promoting the well-being of our residents.
Requirements
  • Desirable experience working with children and young people.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and policies related to residential childcare.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development, including willingness to undertake relevant training.
