Residential Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care in Exeter and the surrounding area.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide general support, 1:1 support, and community support to help the young people live a fun and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general support and 1:1 support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Support in the community and help the young people engage in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Possess an enhanced DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional care-related references
