Job Title: Senior MICE Sales Manager
Location: London
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior MICE Sales Manager to join our client's thriving team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences within the hospitality or events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MICE and group segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Lead site inspections, client meetings, and presentations to secure new business.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Previous MICE Sales Management experience.
- Ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive market.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong network of industry contacts within the MICE segment.
About the Role:
This is an initial 6 months contract, with the possibility of leading to a more permanent position. Only applicants with relevant UK sales experience in hospitality will be considered, and the right to work in the UK is required.
