Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing care workers in the community and ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to live independently.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor care workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans and risk assessments to meet the needs of individuals.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by care workers and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with service users, care workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Experience working in a domiciliary care setting.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
