Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in South London. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational excellence across multiple branches
  • Support and develop branch teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as an Area Manager, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in social care, ideally in domiciliary care or extra care schemes
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience with CQC inspections
  • Solid understanding of extra care services
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social care regulations
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in staff management and financial awareness
  • Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
