Lead the Way in Delivering Exceptional Care

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Care Services Leader to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting branch teams, and ensuring high standards of care across the board.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant care support services within our South London jurisdiction, in accordance with the business objectives of City & County Healthcare Group. You may also be required to take on the role of Registered Manager for specific sites as needed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in the social care sector, ideally in domiciliary care or extra care schemes.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience with CQC inspections.
  • Solid understanding of extra care services.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social care regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in staff management and financial awareness.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
  • Passion for delivering service excellence.
