Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team as a full or part-time Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist for a role within Southampton and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting patients in their own homes to test and assess hearing difficulties, recommending suitable solutions, delivering, fitting, and adjusting aids.
  • Carrying out aftercare home visits to ensure patient satisfaction and optimize aid performance.

Requirements

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • A sympathetic approach, empathy, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with elderly and frail patients, including those with dementia.
  • A confident driver with a valid license and willingness to be on the road regularly.
