About the Role

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking an experienced Rostering Specialist to join our HR People Team. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by assisting Sites with Rostering needs and ensuring rosters are built to budgeted activity.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with rostering systems in a healthcare organisation, excellent IT skills including Intermediate level Excel, and the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation.

We offer a competitive salary, circa £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days Leave + Bank Holidays, Buy & Sell Flexi Leave Options, and Private Pension where Ramsay will match up to 5% after a qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by assisting Sites with Rostering needs
  • Ensure rosters are built to budgeted activity
  • Build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation
  • Utilise Intermediate level Excel skills to analyse data and identify trends
  • Travel regularly, including overnight travel, to our hospitals across the Ramsay Health Care group and offices in Bedford and London
