We are a leading rail operator in the UK, committed to providing excellent services to our passengers. Our Operational Resourcing Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trains.

Job Overview

As an Operational Resourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the roster team in preparing and updating rosters, focusing on supporting the entire stations' resourcing team in all aspects of their day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of rosters to ensure efficient train operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
  • Provide administrative support to the resourcing team, including data input and error checking
  • Work to tight deadlines to meet operational requirements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent PC literacy and admin skills
  • Ability to input data quickly and accurately
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Error checking and attention to detail
Desirable Skills

Knowledge or experience of the UK passenger rail industry is highly beneficial but not essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and Monday to Friday office hours.
