Job Description: We are seeking an accomplished Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the safety, health, environment, and quality systems from pre-construction to handover. This involves regular client liaison, providing SHEQ guidance, supporting bid and tender stages, conducting risk assessments, method statements, and CDM plans, as well as overseeing inductions and developing SHEQ materials and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects as the primary SHEQ support, holding ultimate responsibility for health and safety standards across sites.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop method statements and CDM plans.
- Responsible for inductions and training related to SHEQ standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Advisor within an established main contracting organization.
- Relevant NEBOSH certificate.
- Drive for self-development and policy and procedure enhancement.
