An exciting opportunity has arisen with a family run distribution business, offering a unique chance to influence the strategic direction of Health & Safety. The QSHE Manager will be responsible for driving cultural change and continuous improvement initiatives, working across all areas of the business including warehousing and transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving health and safety cultural change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working across all areas of the business - warehousing and transport.
  • Presenting health and safety trends and accident data to senior management.
  • Establishing a structured programme of health and safety training throughout the company.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, experience in health and safety in warehousing, supply chain or a closely related sector, and the ability to influence effectively at all levels.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum.
