Role Overview

\

This challenging and rewarding role involves supporting complex care packages within the person's own home. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in Intensive Care Units (ICU), spinal care units, or with complex care patients.

\

The primary purpose of the Paediatric Nurse is to support the safe transition and mobilisation of our complex packages from hospital to home. This includes undertaking clinical assessments, defining clinical care requirements, and providing training to support workers. The nurse will also be responsible for maintaining existing client packages, including reviewing care plans, monitoring clinical paperwork, and conducting joint clinical and operational visits.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a strong ability to manage their diary, and a full UK driving license. They must be flexible and willing to travel up to 2 hours within the specified regions to provide care, attend meetings, and engage in other professional activities. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35-£45 per hour, depending on experience.
