Job Opportunity

We are recruiting a skilled and dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Bank Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical training to support workers and develop care plans on our electronic system PASS.
  • Liaise with clients and support workers to ascertain the running of packages and make necessary alterations.
  • Review care plans as per clinical need and implement timely remediations if required.
  • Attend meetings as required, including multidisciplinary meetings and safeguarding meetings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in paediatric care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Package Details:

  • Competitive annual salary: £45,000 - £65,000.
