About the Global Marine Biodiversity Programme:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marine Biodiversity Programme Manager to lead the implementation of our organization's strategy and manage one of our major global marine biodiversity programmes.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for radically advancing our knowledge of ocean life, catalysing global marine conservation, inspiring ocean engagement, and harnessing international collaboration.

">

The role involves co-leading with the CEO on organizational structure and resource needs, developing HR strategies, supporting the CEO and senior management in building relationships with key external stakeholders, and leading programme implementation and management.

">

About You:

">

We are looking for a confident leader with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles in operations, human resources, and/or finance functions.

">

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in operations and financial management, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

">

A Business Management qualification and/or relevant experience is also required, as well as experience in marine research, environment, conservation, and/or marine industry is desirable but not essential.

">
