An opportunity has arisen for a **Programme Planner** to join the Programmes department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. The purpose of the role is to develop programme plans at L1 and required detailed levels to support programme delivery. Defining revenue, cost, timing and milestone deliverables.

**Job role**:

- Customer Relationship
- Maintain a strong working relationship with internal customers and cross functional teams at appropriate levels.
- Act as point of interaction with the cross functional teams for programmes and the PMO team.
- Escalation
- Ensure that any relationship threatening decisions, whether technical, operational, commercial, or affecting programme delivery, are communicated to the SPM or Executive Sponsor
- Project / Programme
- Plan and communicate level 1 and appropriately detailed plans to support the delivery of programmes across business units giving consideration to:

- Technical requirements.
- Hitting project / programme deliverables.
- Project cost and timing.
- Progress reporting (internal & external).
- Cash management & invoicing.
- KPIs to analysis programme health.
- Process
- Understand the Fortescue WAE process to realise project / programme delivery.
- General
- Represent the Fortescue WAE brand.
- Provide event support when and if requested including travel nationally or internationally.
- Attend annual Performance Management and Review Meetings and agree annual objectives and a Personal Development Plan (PDP)
- Ensure confidentiality is always maintained, in all aspects of this position.

**You’ll have**:

- Experience of working in a programme delivery environment
- Maintenance of timing and cost plans
- Commercial awareness
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and preferably Project and potentially Worksavi
- Familiar with Risk and opportunity tools
