HR / People Team Coordinator Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR / People Team Coordinator to join our team at SF Recruitment (Leicester). This is an interim role to cover maternity leave and would be ideal for an individual currently studying towards, or who has obtained, a CIPD qualification, and is looking to develop a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and promote company culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve employee experience.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
