Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Site Administrator at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Time and Attendance Management: Manage the Time & Attendance clocking system, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
  • New Starter Process: Support the Payroll Admin with the new starter process, including right to work checks and starter forms.
  • Training Coordination: Manage and book internal and external training for operational employees.
  • Employee Life-Cycle Processes: Own the new starter induction process, monitor probationary periods, and manage the leaver process.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining tracking reports and ordering supplies.
  • Employee Relations: Support with employee relations matters, including complaints and issues.
  • HR Projects: Support with HR projects and objectives, including policy refreshes and amendments.
Requirements:
  • HR Experience: Essential experience in HR, preferably in a logistics or 3PL organization.
  • Logistics Experience: Desired experience working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Education: CIPD level 3 or 5 desirable, but not essential.
