We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive revenue growth as Head of New Business, capitalizing on our strong reputation, brand awareness, and product-market fit.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our growth goals, leveraging market insights to identify opportunities.
  • Revenue Expansion: Drive revenue growth to £3 million by 2026 through strategic partnerships with start-up and scale-up brands.
  • External Representation: Represent the business externally, building visibility and credibility through events, networking, and thought leadership.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record in senior sales or business development roles within service-driven businesses or agencies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering long-term partnerships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Confidence representing the business externally, whether at events or on professional platforms.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a Co-working pass, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, monthly working-from-home allowance, birthday off, enhanced paternity/maternity leave & pay, and an estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
