Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting customers who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness. As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to provide personalized support and guidance to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
- Run customer activities in the service, encouraging social interaction and skill development.
- Liaise with external agencies to access support networks and resources.
- Help customers secure permanent accommodation and maintain independent living.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for supporting others to achieve their full potential.
- Tenacity and empathy to understand customer needs and adapt your approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required.
