Job Details

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Specialist Assessor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate intervention in community, hospital, or care settings.
  • Work within Community Care legislation and guidance, as well as the Telecare Service Governing body (TSA) framework.
  • Provide assistive technology interventions within individuals' homes.
  • Use practical and technical skills to problem-solve, evaluate, and alter Telecare care plans within set eligibility criteria.
  • Install and fault-find on basic Telecare equipment over the telephone and within individuals' homes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive salary range of £25,147 - £27,596 per annum, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within the Trust.
