We're currently seeking an exceptional Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team, working closely with our Finance Director to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to take their career to the next level, leveraging their analytical expertise and business acumen to drive financial growth and improvement within our dynamic organization.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience, plus an attractive benefits package, including annual leave entitlement, Company pension contribution, health cash back scheme, and bonus scheme.

ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports and models to support business decisions.
  2. Provide expert analysis and insights to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement initiatives and optimize financial performance.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  5. Lead and participate in process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven experience in FP&A, with a focus on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
