About the Technical Accountant Role

You will join our team of experienced Technical Accountants who handle insurance premiums and claims across EMEA. Your responsibilities will include interacting regularly with colleagues across EMEA and collaborating with other Operations teams to deliver best service and value to our clients.

The key tasks in this role are:

  1. Verify received insurance accounts and clarify deviations or incorrect data
  2. Process premium and claims accounts following set guidelines and working instructions
  3. Ensure timely financial settlements with clients and manage overall cash flow
  4. Data quality control and risk management related activities according to internal guidelines
  5. Ensure agreed priorities, timelines, and service standards are achieved
  6. Proactive investigation, analysis, and interpretation of processed accounting information and regular reporting activities
  7. Sharing information with team members across locations and if needed cross-team collaboration
  8. Contact external clients directly to clarify and resolve operational issues

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as commercial and self-motivated mindset. We estimate that the salary for this role will be around 80,000 - 100,000 per year.
