Senior Financial Leadership Position

Reed Accountancy & Finance, the UK's leading specialist recruitment partner, is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead their client's financial operations in Folkestone.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily financial operations and manage the finance team.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that meet the company's needs and adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Establish and maintain effective internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, to senior management.
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
- Provide strategic advice on long-term business and financial planning.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
