Job Description:

The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the PROJECT HSE objectives, KPIs, plans and procedures in compliance with applicable local national legislation, COMPANY One MAESTRO, International Standards. This includes developing and implementing the PROJECT HSE referential in compliance with applicable TEEP Ratawi affiliate requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the PROJECT HSE objectives, KPIs, plans and procedures, in compliance with applicable local national legislation, COMPANY One MAESTRO, International Standards;
  2. Develop and implement the PROJECT HSE referential in compliance with applicable TEEP Ratawi affiliate requirements;
  3. Assist Project Managers to ensure strict compliance with PROJECT HSE requirements;
  4. Control the relevant PROJECT HSE permits are obtained from authorities and monitor implementation;
  5. Ensure the PROJECT HSE training and competency procedure is implemented;
  6. Implement comprehensive HSE Risk Management process on the PROJECT including effective Permit to Work system;
  7. Monitor the PROJECT Emergency readiness and response.
