We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to join our team at TotalEnergies. As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HSE strategies that ensure the safety of our employees, contractors, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans, procedures, and policies in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements and contractual clauses.
- Monitor and control relevant permits and licenses, ensuring timely renewal and implementation.
- Implement robust HSE training programs and competency procedures to ensure employee knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE audit plan, including inspections, audits, and investigations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
