About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior-level decision makers in the healthcare sector, with a focus on software sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the healthcare market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and Medical Directors, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including software sales, swaps, and solution development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to deliver targeted revenue for your territory.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions and their applications in the healthcare sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software sales, with a strong track record of success in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level decision makers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
