- Strong experience in HR and Employee Relations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to empower and support managers.
- Detail-oriented, with experience in managing HR systems and conducting audits.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively within the HR team and across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
