We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our client, Sheffield Hallam University, in their Hallam Help team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric advice and guidance to students, staff, and external organizations.
  • Provide integrated, consistent customer support by collaborating with other University services to resolve practical and welfare issues.
  • Ensure effective use of administrative systems and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience and a proven track record of dealing with customer issues and resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, adhering to data protection legislation.
Working Arrangements:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
  • £12.60 per hour, temporary assignment for 7 weeks.
  • Office-based role at Sheffield Hallam's City Campus.
