Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Martin's care home. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans and needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying and prioritizing the needs of our residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide education and support to our residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of our care home's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on resident-centered care and person-centered approaches.
