Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Door Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a visible presence on the shop floor to deter potential security risks and minimize stock loss.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a welcoming and helpful service.
  • Work closely with the store management team to identify and communicate potential risks, complete safety and security checks, and report any incidents.
  • Ensure that company policies and standards are adhered to at all times, including signing visitors in and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment, including monitoring CCTV and responding to alarms.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a security or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
