MASH Social Worker Role

Join Southwark Council's Children's Social Care department as a highly skilled MASH Social Worker Role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that transform the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with partner agencies to identify and assess risks and needs during referral screenings.
- Conduct MASH Intelligence Checks to recommend appropriate risk levels.
- Evaluate risk and need levels through triangulation of information from screenings and Intelligence Checks.
As a MASH Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in child protection and multi-agency working, while contributing to the delivery of effective services that meet the needs of vulnerable children and their families.
Requirements- A recognised Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and multi-agency working.
