The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) service requires an experienced Senior Practitioner to work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable individuals and communities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of complex cases to identify risks and develop effective intervention strategies

">

• Liaise closely with local authorities, police, and other relevant agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

">

• Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations to promote awareness of MASH services

">

• Provide training and support to colleagues on best practices and policies related to safeguarding and child protection

">


">

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a hybrid environment, with 3 days spent in the office and flexible arrangements for remote working.
