Quality Site Manager

At Britvic, we're committed to excellence in quality and food safety. As a Quality Site Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing sites meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site quality team in providing quality and technical support to manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure all site quality and food safety objectives are met, aligned with legislative, regulatory, and quality standards requirements.
  • Champion quality culture and continuous improvement within the leadership team.
  • Coordinate coaching, training, and information to enable site teams to deliver quality and food safety role requirements.
  • Lead quality incident investigations to establish root cause and corrective actions.
  • Maintain good relations with regulatory bodies associated with the quality function.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in quality, food safety, and microbiology in an FMCG environment.
  • Skilled in coaching and influencing others.
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to flex styles to differing individual needs.
  • Sound knowledge of food production processes and legislation.
  • Computer skills, with SAP an advantage.
