We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alcohols Limited. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our management systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date management system files, both physical and electronic.
- Respond to customer queries and provide support for regulatory reporting and registration requirements.
- Lead the management of change process and drive continuous improvement of our management system.
- Administer the complaints system and coordinate internal actions.
- Support investigations and drive the use of Root Cause analysis techniques.
- Act as lead auditor or point of contact for external standards audits.
- Coordinate internal audits and support the T&RA Manager with quality metrics and performance reporting.
- Play an active role in the technical network and provide support for technical data and information.
- Degree in Chemistry or a related subject.
- Experience in Quality and Compliance systems, complaint management, and root cause investigation.
- QC and analytical data handling skills.
- ISO lead auditor training and a Quality Management qualification are desirable.
- Awareness of chemical legislation such as CLP, REACH, and GHS is beneficial.
- Practical problem-solving skills and flexibility to support a dynamic business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literacy and ability to collate data from multiple sources.
