Head of Incident Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Head of Incident & Problem Management at Addition+. As a global leader in financial services, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our 14 million active customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our major incident and problem management team, taking on a leadership role in the service recovery process. You will be responsible for leading incident response teams and coordinating activities during major incidents, serving as a point of escalation for major incidents, and providing strategic direction and guidance for incident and problem management processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Manage the major incident and problem management team, taking on a leadership role in the service recovery process.
- Leadership: Lead incident response teams and coordinate activities during major incidents.
- Escalation: Serve as a point of escalation for major incidents.
- Strategy: Provide strategic direction and guidance for incident and problem management processes and procedures.
- Policies and SLAs: Establish and maintain incident and problem management policies and SLAs.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with IT and business stakeholders during incidents.
- Analysis: Analyze incident and problem trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present trends in weekly and monthly reports.
Main Skills and Requirements:
- IT Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT technical knowledge.
- Service Management Experience: Proven track record of service management experience in a complex environment.
- Personal Resilience: Personal resilience and ability to operate and lead teams in a high-intensity environment.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship building and management with both internal and external stakeholders.
- ITIL Experience: Strong experience of implementing and managing ITIL services.
- Industry Experience: Excellent experience in banking/financial industry (desirable).
- Transformation Leadership: Major transformation and continuous improvement leadership (desirable).
