Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at The Swan hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel and will play a crucial role in developing and directing our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations, including revenue management, marketing, and customer service.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and control.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local community groups.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
