Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at The Swan hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel and will play a vital role in developing and directing our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a large team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and hotel operations.

  • Ensure the hotel meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
