  • Manage recognition programs for associates and drive participation among leadership teams and populations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing events, budgeting, and communicating effectively with various groups. They should be able to prioritize tasks, complete complex projects, and work with integrity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Event Planning: Coordinate and organize onsite employee engagement events, including competitions, celebrations, and handouts.
  2. Budget Management: Manage associated budgets and deadlines throughout the year.
  3. Communication: Work with stakeholders to deliver and implement site projects.
