This full-time role offers an attractive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic support and guidance to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans, leveraging expertise in agricultural schemes and grants to maximise client benefit.
  • Identify and capitalise on new service opportunities in the agricultural sector, ensuring ongoing revenue growth.
  • Provide expert advice on grant applications, sustainable farming incentives, and environmental schemes, driving client success.
  • Conduct financial planning, including budget and cash flow analysis, to inform business decisions.
  • Sustainably manage soil, manure, and nutrient planning initiatives to optimise land management.
  • Oversight of member benefits, contributing to the overall membership experience.
